The number one priority in Carling After Sales division is to satisfy our valued customer. You can rely on our professional and dedicated staffs from our customer service department, technical support department as well as the service department for your initial enquires and order entries until the accomplishment of a critical servicing job. We welcome all comments and feedbacks at any time.

At Carling service center, we have more than 20 qualified and well trained full-time service engineers/technicians who are able to troubleshoot problems, perform minor and major repair, overhaul and even major rebuild works.

Our large 10,000 sq. ft. service center is also well equipped with extensive workshop facilities and special tools capable of handling large compressors overhaul and major repair works on all major brands and models.

Furthermore, we have a large fleet of service vehicles, consists of three (3) trucks and sixteen (16) service vans to complement the after sales service activities. For our technical staff development,a continuous education and training program by our overseas principals and spare parts specialists are frequently conducted at our in-house training center. The main objective is to constantly upgrade our service engineers, parts engineers and technicians with the knowledge of compressor and its individual component/parts functions.

At our spare parts department, we keep more than one million worth of compressor parts which is monitored by our computerized inventory management system to ensure we have sufficient stock even at critical time.

At our HIRE/RENTAL Department, we have more than 30 units of Industrial Rotary Screw Compressor of various capacities ranging from 60 cfm to 1200 cfm, both oil-injected and oil- free compressors types which are available for immediate dispatch to site for emergency or temporary usage.
